Bechara is the Group Chief Operating Officer at SHUAA Capital psc, the DFM-listed entity and a leading asset management and investment banking platform.

Bechara is responsible for overseeing the Group’s support and operational functions and ensuring timely provisions and allocation of human, financial and physical resources. Bechara has nearly 30 years of professional experience, having held several senior positions in the financial services industry, including Chief Operating Officer at Credit Suisse for the Middle East and Africa and Chief Operating Officer at Audi Capital in Saudi Arabia. He also has extensive experience in hi-tech firms and entrepreneurial ventures.

Bechara holds degrees from the American University of Beirut (BE ’89), Virginia Tech (MS ’90), and INSEAD (MBA ’95D).

Mohamed has an extensive global real estate investment experience across US, Europe and Asia Pacific. He has a strong emphasis towards the Asia Pacific region.  He was a key member of the team managing a diversified real estate portfolio of over US$15bn in gross assets globally.

Mohamed has played an instrumental role in all of ADIC’s real estate transactions which includes investing in real estate private equity funds, setting up joint ventures and segregated accounts, co-investing in acquisitions, purchasing secondaries and holding listed securities from a strategic angle.

Mohamed often represents his organization for Board, Investment and Advisory Committee meetings of numerous international real estate funds and joint ventures. He has also developed a wide network of strong relationships internationally with different stakeholders in the industry.

Mohamed holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from Higher College of Technology in Abu Dhabi, UAE.

Reyadh has over 20 years of leadership, management and projects experience gained at the highest levels at the Ministry of Interior and Bahrain Defence Force.

In his administrative role, he manage and lead an organization of 500 people. he have managed multi-million Dinar projects that require me to work very closely with the private sector, including in the United States and United Kingdom.

Reyadh operate at a level of professionalism and efficiency that is the norm in the latter and in the military, and he bring senior management level value to any commercial organization. He retired after 33 years of decorated public serviceat the rank of Major-General in 2018.

Reyadh holds a Master’s Degree in Science from Naval Postgraduate School in USA.

Omar Al Jaroudi, a Saudi national, comes with over 32 years of diversified experience in the fields of commercial and investment banking. He started his career in 1984 with the Saudi French Bank initially in commercial banking and later moved to investment banking.

In 1995, he moved on to help setting up Lebanon Invest, an investment bank which was merged in the year 2000 with Banque Audi SAL after which Al Jaroudi joined SHUAA Capital in March 2007. During this period, he amassed vast and diversified experience, both in the region as well as in Europe, in the areas of investment banking, private equity, asset management, local and regional brokerage, and distribution. He also serves on the board of several companies both in the Middle East and Europe.

Al Jaroudi holds a Master’s Degree in Economics from Syracuse University in New York and a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from the American University of Beirut.

Turki is the CEO of Eatpreneurs LLC (A specialized F&B company), Managing Director of AlNowaiser Family Office and a Board Member of several companies. He received his undergraduate degree from The University of Nottingham and a Masters degree from Glasgow Caledonian University in the UK.
