Dr. Abdulrahman bin Khalil Tolefat, Acting CEO and Independent Board Member, serves as the Chief Executive Officer, Managing Director, and Member of Board of Directors at Nomw Capital.

Dr. Tolefat holds a PhD in Islamic Finance from Durham University, an MBA from DePaul University, and a B.Sc in Mathematics from Bahrain University. Dr. Abdulrahman has over 15 years experience in the financial and business sectors especially in Islamic finance, where he held a number of senior positions at the Central Bank of Bahrain (BMA).

In 2008, he held the position of Chief Executive Officer of Allianz Takaful, the global arm of Islamic insurance for German Allianz Group. He was promoted in 2010 as Chairman of Allianz Takaful and led the company to many successes.

At the end of 2011, Dr. Abdulrahman established  Itkan Financial Services Company, a licensed by the Central Bank of Bahrain, with other investors and was appointed as Chairman of the Board of Directors. He led the company's team to structuring specialized financing for real estate projects In Mecca and the establishment of real estate funds and the establishment of many companies in several areas, especially energy and education.

In 2013, Dr. Abdulrahman assumed the position of Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of Nomow Capital, which was established in Riyadh in 2014 as an integrated investment company licensed by the Capital Market Authority (CMA) to practice various investment and financial activities inside and outside the Kingdom.

Obeidullah has been leading Finance department of Gulf Finance Company since January 2013. He is an experienced Finance Manager with over 20 years of regional experience. Prior to joining GFC, Obeidullah was the Head of Finance at Riyadh Bank auto leasing unit, where he worked for over 3 years.

Previously he worked at Abdullatif Alissa Group's corporate office as Senior Financial Analyst and also as Finance Manager of their car rental and leasing subsidiary "Best Trading Company".

Hussain is leading the Business development for the Central Region. He has 16 years of solid working experience being in managerial positions in various companies in the region. Hussain brings with him a wealth of knowledge and experience in various roles including Operations, Credit, Sales and marketing and other roles. He graduated with a Bachelor in Business Administration from King Faisal University. 

Ahmed is the Credit Risk Head. He has over 15 years of credit and risk experience having worked in Tamweel AlOula, Gulf Lifting Financial leasing, Saudi ORIX Leasing Company, and Alawwal Bank.

Adeel Mazhar has 12 Years’ experience in Leasing & Banking Industry with Well-known Finance Companies in KSA and a Leading International Bank (Citibank). Adeel is currently heading Credit & Risk Department of Gulf Finance. He is very well versed with Credit & Risk Policies and their implementation in the organization.

Prior to joining Gulf Finance, Adeel was working in Saudi Orix Leasing as Asst. Manager Credit & Marketing and in Citibank as Relationship Manager. Adeel holds a Master degree of Business Administration in Finance and is also a Certified Public Accountant (CPA).

Amer has more than 18 years of experience with Alrajhi bank where he held many positions including Accountant, Sales, Customer Service, and recently in Collection.

Prior to joining GFC, Amer was the supervisor of collection department in Aljumaih Company.
